After being delayed by the Los Angeles fires, the 2025 Oscar nominations are finally being announced on Thursday morning.

Bowen Yang (“Wicked,” “Saturday Night Live”) and Rachel Sennott (“Saturday Night,” “Bottoms”) are revealing the nominees at 5:30 a.m. PT.

After taking home four Golden Globes earlier this month, Netflix’s “Emilia Pérez” is set to be a frontrunner at the Oscar nominations. It won best comedy or musical, supporting actress for Zoe Saldaña, original song for “El Mal” and non-English language film. Brady Corbet’s “The Brutalist” is also expected to make a splash after it won best drama, director and lead actor for Adrien Brody at the Globes.

Other major players in the best picture race are predicted to be “Anora,” “A Complete Unknown,” “Conclave,” “Dune: Part Two,” “A Real Pain,” “Sing Sing,” “The Substance” and “Wicked.”

Conan O’Brien will be hosting the 2025 Oscars, marking his first time doing so. The 97th Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre on March 2, with the show airing on ABC. For the first time, it will also be available to stream live on Hulu.
