Blackpink star Lisa battled some nerves while making her acting debut in the new season of HBO’s “The White Lotus.” The K-pop player tells Variety on the red carpet that she sees a possible action movie in her future.

And while she enjoyed bonding with her castmates during the “White Lotus” shoot in Thailand, she also battled nerves in her first major acting role. Lisa spoke with Variety Monday evening at “The White Lotus” Season 3 premiere held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood.

“I don’t know what to feel right now. I’m just so excited. I can’t wait for all of you guys to watch this show,” Lisa told Variety‘s Marc Malkin.

Her first acting job proved to be a great working environment.

“It is my first acting [experience] so I don’t know what to expect on set” but everybody just being so supportive helped me a lot. So thank you, everyone.”

Her very first day in front of the cameras started off a little rocky when she heard “White Lotus” auteur Mike White yell “action,” she admitted. “I’m so nervous. I was sweating. I was like, ‘I can’t remember my lines.’ I’m blanked.”

But she got over the hurdle pretty quick. Lisa plays an employee at a Thailand location for the titular luxury hotel chain. Behind the scenes, Lisa wound up sharing much of her new music with her co-stars including her hit song and music video “Rockstar,” before it dropped to the public.

“We’re just sharing what we do,” she said. “All of them are so supportive.”

At present Lisa doesn’t have a followup to “The White Lotus” in the hopper on the acting side. When pressed about kind of movie she would most like to make, Lisa pointed to an action vehicle. Could she play a “badass” on screen?

“Oh yeah,” she said. “I think so.”
